Working the interior. New carpet is realy all she needs plus some cleaning. She's looking better and better. No rust in the floor. And all the bits and peices are there because its never been mest with. Got a match set of cool black seats. Trans is 1 Broken part after another. I hate this. And even tho I know better how to do them now. I won't .

Thanks, a friend of mine had a match set, front and back $50. He's a good guy. They have a fitting , 70s feel to them. This is going to make a nice driver.

I have it..! the 2 unknown plugs on my harness are Government. They plug into a relay for the seat/seat belt safety switch. Thank goodness. How often during test and tune are you buckled in? I woulda had a hard time starting it.

Im still screwing with the trany. The shifter goes into park at a different angel than when i started. and it wiggles. I dont know... maybe its supos to be that way. Not like it wont work. It ran fine with all that other stuff busted up in it But the 74 is about done.

Been doing a lot of nutin on the 74. I got off my butt long enough to get the trans done and in. Had to move the cross member back a little. Replaced 9 feet o brake line. One bend in the back was flattened, and still runs too close. I'm going to adjust that to keep from having problems later. Finishing up all the life suport for the engine, and doing my best to hide as much as posable. Soon I will do the body work, paint under the bumpers, reinstall them, and get her on the road. Last the body. Then paint. Hope I can stay motivated.

painted the rims of the tail lights with a stainless steel spray. They look nice, Not plastic. I had a rear wing, so mounted it on the deck. Its realy shaping up. painted the color under, so I can mount the bumper, and not have to take it off again. This 1974 javelin moving under her own power now. We will be out and about soon.

got rid of the town car wheels, bought some 15" slots. they are cool. But no tires yet, so a bud let me use/buy these 14" 500s. lord help me, but if you look at the front fender, you can see the first spray of purple, it looks blue in the pic. And the orange over spray, that looks red. do you see where Im going? The glare, (white). Do you see it? Can you see how cool a R/W/B stripe on the top of one fender would look? O YEAH.....

Got me a great idea, or idear for you Yankees . Because my new truck go sideswiped just like my old truck some months ago, I'm going to replace the tire and wheel, side view mirror, and use the rest of the damage money to paint the 74. The truck ain't that bad. So rock and roll, I'm gona do it.
