Just think how many billions of coils and wires and plugs there are in landfills.

Just think how many billions of coils and wires and plugs there are in landfills. Yea and most of those coils were still good. I have replaced a few coils in my lifetime but, I have never replaced a bad one. LOL!

Speaking of coils, and the claims of how many go bad. of all my years if wrench, privately and publically, I finally came across my first bad one about 3 years ago in a GM HEI.
Now all I need is a "jumped tooth on a "timming" chain." lol

I have seen a few bad coils. They can fail in a few different ways. Some dont work at all , some have intermittant issues, some have a hard start, some miss on high rpm. You never know what a coil will do to you. You know its bad when you swap another one in and she sings to you again

Yep, this one would run a bit, then die. It'd stay dead too. took a day or so to come back to life. real wild. The truck sat for years on count of it. It was also a brand new coil they had replaced. prolly ran fine before the "tune up"

Monkey Wards ign box is cool. I't yours! Just pay for shipping. Off subject but I knew a kid who had a Monkey Wards farm tractor. He couldn't have been more than 16 and of course, he called it the Monkey Fkr.. It was about the size of a International "H" and originally had a 4 cylinder flat head of some sort. He found that a 6 cyl flat head Dodge truck engine would bolt right in after he lengthened the frame. He won all kinds of tractor pulls with that thing and no one ever questioned the engine because they didn't even know what the hell it was.

a lot has changed in my life recently. What a lousy year so far for a lot of people. I'm tired of battling meds that are fucking me up and dealing with DRs who don't respond.

Ultimately, I just trying to get the pile trimmed down and organized better so that the auction will be less of a burden on my Daughter.

Now the DR claims they called me twice Tuesday night. lol. No Caller ID from them, or message on my machine. Nice lie. I have two forms to see if you called.
Dunno what to do with this shit. I hate that Med practices keep getting bought out and fucked up. Now they're some Jesus based place and it's really gotten stupid, cause it's like Catholic School in the 1970s. I don't need Prayers, I need this shit fixed.
