Sounds good. Had a few of the Senior Jeeps. 74 waggy 360 auto( nothing else), later it got a 750 carter, fireball cam, headers and 2291 heads. Then an 80 limited, 74 Chief with a 258. 79 Golden Eagle, and the last one was an 87 Grand with all the toys including a padded vinyl top and power moon roof.

Had it since July 19th, and it finally headed back to KY yesterday. I put 1200 miles on it during the project, testing/adjusting/making changes. Ended up a really nice driving rig, other then the 3000 RPM at 75 MPH part... As far as I'm concerned, Edelbrock did a great job with the Proflo 4. Never missed a beat once it got a few miles on it to "learn" what the 401 needed. Put 500 miles on it in a week of driving it to work. One morning it was 19 degrees, started right up dropped it in gear and took off like a new car.

Being the perpetual procrastinator i truly am, my pro flo is still sitting in the box. I’m hung up on buying a set of 29 lb small injectors and actually using the injection on my 304, or putting a big gas hog in it and using the 35 lb injectors it came with. What a sad dillema. 430 bux for a set of 29 lb injectors seems to be the demotivator. Or maybe thats just an excuse.

The pro flo tuneup matrix has 4 tunes for a 304, all require the 29 lb injector. There are 9 tunes for a 360, 4 use the 29 lb injector, 5 use the standard 35 lb injector. There are 7 tunes for a 401, 3 use a 29 lb injector, 4 use the 35. They have more tunes for even bigger engines and another whole page of tunes for boosted apps. Boosted tunes use a 60 or 80 lb injector. So oddly the 29 lb injector can actually cover more engines but only up to 450 hp. The matrix is interesting. Bigger horsepower tunes generally require 58 psi rail pressure, with any injector. Most milder tunes use 43 psi. Another oddity is there is a 550 hp tune for a 360 and a 550 hp tune for a 401. Thats maximum for both sizes, but the pro flow can deliver enough fuel to make 1050 hp on a 511-565 cid boosted engine! Seems like a waste on my 304 that makes maybe 200 on a good air day

The system on the Jeep had the 35 lb injectors, and is running at 58 PSI.
