Noticed that there is no coil and no coil post on the distributor. Actually, based on the clocking of the distributor in the second picture, the wires at 12:00 and 6:00 go off to whatever is just to the left of the distributor (coil?), and the wires at 2:00, 4:00, 8:00, and 10:00 go off to the spark-plugs.

Under the ROTORY ENGINE sign just below the "N" and the second coil is just off to the right of that. Crap I didn't realize there was posts on the next page, being this page.

Hmmm, I wouldn't make a very good detective, glad you guys are on it. That engine would have been a game changer , I believe ( my opinion only no stating "facts" about shit I don't know). It'd be cool for a group of enthusiasts to go on a cruise and go to that museum.

Stop by my place and Stickshifter's on the way. I have known the guy who ownes it since the '70's when I would go with my Uncle to buy Hudson parts. It is a pretty cool place and just enough AMC stuff sprinkled through to make it fun. Did I mention that there is a fiberglass Tucker shell in there too? I will start another post on the Museum.

That's a pretty cool memo. I do love the R/W/B color scheme that they used on the T/A Javelins.

That was in the 68 Performance Activities, ring binder. I only found two of those red/white/blue, three ring, binders over the years. There was a lot of cool info (dated by today's standards) in those binders..

The pics, at least the last lower right one, looks like a '70 Javelin with sectioned taillamps.

The pics, at least the last lower right one, looks like a '70 Javelin with sectioned taillamps. It is a '68. The scan is just poor quality. I can see the tail light on around the corner on my copy. I wonder where that car went. More research required...

After a few of those "Canadians", a couple of us think you've been taken... we're pretty sure that's a 312 Ford Y-block crank!
