holland.craigslist.org/cto/d/amc-rebel-sst-1969/6711906429.htmlI've been craving a 67-69 2 door Rebel, and this one has me thinking bad things... I talked to the guy, he had it shipped back from Cali a year ago January and it's as clean as it looks, though it had a lesser quality paint job done some time ago in a GM color with some flaws. It looks like Beal Street Blue, but he said it was a more green tint blue originally (Almorosa Aqua maybe?). Needs some love. Heater core bypassed, clock and AM radio inop (shocker). Small tear in seam of drivers seat. Seems a little high priced to me, but rust free Rebels are gettin' rare I suppose.

Looks nice. There is/was a two door Rebel for sale on Willow Rd. somewhere between Rawsonville and I-275 on the north side. I did not stop to look at it so no idea of the condition. I don't like stopping to look at cars like that because they tend to follow me home. ;-)

Kevin- I had to run into Ypsilanti today to go to my credit union, so I made a detour south to drive down Willow Rd in search of a Rebel.
I did find Steve Cinnamon's old blue 1970 Ambassador on the North side of the road, between Haggerty and Waltz. It wasn't by the road for sale, but back in front of the barn in a row with a 69 Mustang and early 70's Monte Carlo. Maybe that's what you saw?
Close, but not quite. Thanks for the heads up though.

Yep, that's the one. Sorry to send you on a goose chase. I thought it looked familiar but didn't realize it was an Ambo. It was by the road for sale last week when I went that way to my dad's.

I saw the Ambo for sale in St. Helen before Steve bought it.
