i know some of you guys are on the other forums and seen this already. i only put it on Dan's forum to see if any of those fags would respond but as usual they got nothing to say
Sunday June 2, 2013 Race #1
nothing but traction problems, first pass spun to a 1.90 60', second and third passes were 2.04 and 2.03 60's, best pass ended up 11.83 at 121.97 in Q1, only 3 cars showed for the class so i technically made it to the semi's lol.
it was hot & humid as hell there, the track temp on saturday was reported to be 140* at the line and close to that on sunday, at 5:30PM on our way threw Boston i took a pic of the truck temp above the mirror and it was 101*
i think the bolts that hold the 4 link to the brackets are too tight after i put it back in not letting the suspension work like it should and i need to check the pinion angle, this car has never had traction problems like this at the track with drag radials.....IT DON'T MAKE ENOUGH POWER TO HAVE TRACTION PROBLEMS!

------------------------------------------------
loosened all the 4 link mounting and shock bolts while the weight was on the car and retightened them till they just touch the mounting brackets, went for a ride and can tell right away that its much smoother than it was, it felt kind of pogo sticky in the rear, now its nice and smooth. gonna try and get up to the track before the next race on the 15th, not sure its gonna happen though, rain forcasted for friday night street night, don't think i can do it sat or sun either
