Joe decided that it is time to get going on his Convertible so, I drug it back to MI/OH to do a little work on it for him.. I told Joe that once Bruce see these meats, he will want to mount them up to Javetwotone to see how much smoke is still in them.. 4 1/2" of tread width Baby! He has 2 more Convertibles. One is a parts car. Man, those things don't push too easy.

NEJoe's Convert is straight again! My long time AMC buddy works at the local body shop that has a frame machine. He has a 74 Javelin and a Rebel Machine so I knew that Joe's car was in good hands. He bought his 74 Javelin at the same dealership that my '69 AMX came from which used to be.. across the highway from the body shop. Dallas used to literally walk through the dealership garage and say hi to my O'l Man and Uncles on his way home from work every day in the 1970's and early 80's until the dealership closed. Anyway, you owe me $250.00 Joe! Now I have to drag the thing down to Javtwotone's for further development.

I just noticed the Larry D. Felts sticker on the trunk lid. That was a dealership here in Longview. My buddies grandmother actually dated Larry Felts back in the day. Small world of AMC.
