So tell me what do you guys think ?, I just got it running with the FAST EZ 2.0 and all I have to say is Wow its got some power to it I´ll tell you
Block: 401 AMC bored to 4.195" ( .030" )
Crank: Offset ground 401 crankshaft to 4.00" with 1.889" Honda journal
Rods: 6.000" Eagle H-beam with ARP2000 upgrade
Pistons: Custom RaceTech forged pistons with 10.4:1 compression
Damper: Professional Product SFI
Water Pump: Aluminum high volume ( Belt Driven )
Camshaft: Mike Jones ( Jones Cam Designs ) custom ground solid roller
Intake @ .050" : 254° Net Valve Lift: .660" 110° LSA
Exhaust @ .050" : 258° Net Valve Lift: .659"
Springs: matched to camshaft by Mike
Heads: Ported Indy SR aluminum heads intake max flow 357 CFM @ .800" - Exhaust max flow 250 CFM @ .800" ( Ported by John Rossello ) Heavily modified combustion chamber, 52cc
2.125" Dell West titanium intake valve with 5/16" valve stem
1.65" Dell West titanium exhaust valve with 5/16" valve stem
Rockers: Crane Gold 7/16", 1.6 ratio with Jomar stud girdle
Pushrods: TrickFlow 5/16" ( Wanted to go 3/8" but heads have bushed pushrod holes and it won´t fit ) Thinking about having Smith Brothers build me a custom 5/16" pushrod in the future.
Intake: Indy single plane port matched to heads ( very rough texture suppose to be better dunno )
Headers: Custom long tube made by me 1 7/8" primary and 3.5" collector
Exhaust system: 3.5" stainless with H pipe, Then after mufflers I have 3" ( If you add all the bends in the entire exhaust system you would be holding one 90° elbow )
Mufflers: 3" Dynomax Ultra Flow
Fuel Injection: FAST EZ EFI 2.0 in tank fuel pump
There are also a couple of other modifications like oil line in the lifter galley, oil restrictor in block. Also custom home made piston cooler which squirts oil underneath the pistons if the oil pressure goes above 50 psi.
I´ll post some videos when I get time.
