So, I'm fairly happy with the way the Rebel runs and drives. It still needs a little refinement on the clutch linkage, and replacement of all of the suspension bushings in the entire car, and maybe some new brakes, but I feel pretty good about it overall. Is there any kind of chance that a bunch of us could run the Power Tour next year? I kinda think if might be a good time.

Sure theres a chance. But ya gotta do stuff to increase the chance. Like bug people about it so they actually have a car on the road and can do it. I got at least one car that could do it. The 304 javelin. I’d like to drive the roadkill javelin. Its not really there yet but i think it will be soon. So one of em could do it. Either one is junk compared to most machines that do the tour but i’m good with that. I figure all my amc’s have always been junk why expect it to change.

It looks like a good time. We have until June, hopefully I'll have my stuff together by then.

Well, you know it's starting at Bristol Motor Speedway anyway.. the last 2 were pretty much up and down the eastern area, so it should head closer to you guys. I've hit a portion of 4 of them, and yes there are lots of different cars to see. I know GM sponsors a lot of the event, so Hot Rod is obligated to shoot every Camaro, Chevelle, and tri-five Chevy at the stops, but you can find lots of other cool stuff.
