Not a executive. Just a AMC parts hoarder that is trying to reduce inventory to pay for some infrastructure. So far, a win win. Sold $2,600.00 worth the engines and parts. I probably have $300.00 in to the lumber, wiring and lights. The ceiling cost was $600.00 and the floor was $1,500.00.

I was looking into a bilco but it would have cost me $900+ for the size I needed. I am building my own too..

I was looking into a bilco but it would have cost me $900+ for the size I needed. I am building my own too.. The stone work for the door way is 30 years old as I did it when we bought the house. The house itself is from 1848 so everything is a custom project. It would probably take more time and effort to get a pre-made door to fit as compared to making something myself. And I sure would not be excited at spending $900 for a door.

I guess using one of your fiberglass Spirit Hatch's for that would be a little over the top. It does look good though.
