Several members have used Ware Chassis in Fostoria Michigan for suspension work. I have my car there. Spring relocation and minitub is turning into more than I planned. He is doing some very nice work. I tried to post some pics, but it is telling me the file is too big. It will have a custom axle housing. (My Lincoln rear end ended up being more problems then it was worth to modify) A strange 3rd member is on the way with .411 gears and a Detroit locker. Moser axles and new aftermarket disc brakes also. Caltracs and new 5 leaf springs. One thing led to another. Whoever built the car just threw in the lincoln rear end. Finishing the car now so I can see what it will do at the track. Should be fun. Mark

Is this just a drag car? Detroit locker kinda weird on the street... looking great though!

Street/strip car. Lot's of lockers run on the street. Much safer than running a spool.
I had a posi and it only worked 1/4 of the time.
Things get squirelly real quick when the posi didn't engage.
Now I know I will have traction.
The car will have much more tire than before too. Almost go time!

I had a Detroit locker in my two-seater, it was just weird feeling sometimes. A long sweeping E-way on ramp could be interesting...

I have a Lok-Rite in my Rebel, and it acts like a spool half the time.

The car is not going to get alot of street miles. I think it will all work out.

Detroit "soft locker" in my street javelin, works well with good tires. Is noisy and clunky with hard tires for whatever reason.
