A buddy of mine gave this to me last week. It is a 17 1/2" platter with engraving in the middle American Motors Sales Counsellor 1964. It has the AM logo on it too but it is all so faint that you can hardly see it.

Rick,^ simply bitchin'. Since you have the original copy that you scanned in, is the rear adjustable spoiler with, or without, a second hole on the aluminum uprights?

The copy is not clear enough to tell but, it shows 2 mounting holes in the Group 19 pages. I will post that stuff up too.

What's the specs on the shock? Steve It is actually functions like a steering damper. What is cool to me that it is a OE Kit and not a after market Kit so, there was some engineering and testing behind it. I didn't put it on a shock dyno but, you can barely compress it and extend it by hand. It is not leaking so, I would expect it to function like new. The drawing for the shock is either buried in the basement at work or long gone...

That is what is cool. The Hornet guy, Smiley, that raced out here in California, came up with his own design, though he never mentioned a factory kit before he came up with his. I'd guess the specs for a similar bit on the early Trans Am Camaros would get one in the ballpark.

Look at that carb! The engine is beautiful. Too bad, really. Fuel injection would have been the proper approach from the beginning, though. That and overdrive. Still, mileage wouldn't have been lofty but probably better than with the six after considering the overall weight reduction, maybe 20 plus?

Noticed that there is no coil and no coil post on the distributor.
