I went here last week end. It was really cool. It took 8 million+ bricks to build. First building in MI to have Electricity which was a Thomas Edison DC generator. It switched over to AC when the power demand got too high. Idiots tore the best part down in 1963 but most of the rest is still there. Some of it has been renovated but alot of it is empty waiting for money to fix. www.thevillagetc.com/history/We ate supper here. Went there in 2016 for a wedding. We really liked the beach area there.
