I can't believe it but, it has been 10 years since we painted my SC360. Javtwotone in action performing one of his many talents. Inspiring! IMG_7391 by Rick Jones, on Flickr

That's cool when you can get a job that doesn't even require getting out of your chair

SC397 must really be focused on getting the car as far along as he can, but I can't believe he hasn't posted more pictures! Car is looking great.

I don't want to spoil the grand revealing at The AMC Drags next week. Once I am back I will post up pictures with all the drama and I also have a whole list of people to thank for their contribution. IMG_7667 by Rick Jones, on Flickr

Still have weeks worth the work to do on the SC360 but thanks to these guys we have came a long way towards the end result. javtwotone - Paint work, stripes, and too much other stuff to list. landgarge - Correctly dated hose clamps.. 71sc360 - Parts, SC360 expertise. n2ojoe - Motocraft expertise, tire mounter, door lock installer, Pure Stock Racing expertise. NEjoe - Carter AFB expertise, Zink plater, Shifter rebuilder and... he gave me all the NOS Grand Wagoneer control valves for my air cleaner. IMG_7692 by Rick Jones, on Flickr I know, the dual snorkel air cleaner is not stock but it looks like it could be. I think that it came out of AMTech at sometime or another. The tub was stamped with the two holes for the snorkels and it has a couple of screw holes and a 1 1/2" hole in the front for a sensor or something. I patched the 1 1/2" hole, sandblasted all of the spot putty off and added a couple of pieces of 3/16" brake line to make a lip for the air cleaner gasket to mount to. I will change it to the stock one when I actually do go to the Pure Stock Drags. IMG_7669 by Rick Jones, on Flickr IMG_7691 by Rick Jones, on Flickr

If you're looking for any decals, I'll have some different SC/360, detailing decals at Cordova. They are the ones that AMark made..

I have the one for the air cleaner on it's way but was there one on the shock tower by the windshield washer reservoir? Are there any others? BTW, I went up to the Bricklin guy and bought his last 5 windshield washer bottles with the AM logo on it. There was just enough room to put 2 side by side on the inner fender well. Per the Pure Stock Drag rules I have to have a radiator over flow bottle so one will be for overflow and the other for washer solvent. I need to stay way from that guy or I am going to end up with a Bricklin which is basically a V8 hornet with a Plastic body.

I need to stay way from that guy or I am going to end up with a Bricklin which is basically a V8 hornet with a Plastic body. I don't remember any on the shock tower. I have the jacking instructions (trunk lid), tire inflation (glove box door), and emissions (PS firewall).... Those Bricklins are a body mans nightmare. Their original quality control for panel fitment was horrible, not to mention the plastic shrinkage over time. I've had plenty of opportunity to buy them, but I have steered clear of them, for that reason....
